EXPLORE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Our youth entrepreneurship program provides resources and assistance to help them discover their inner super power. Many times, kids aren't sure what career path they would like to choose since they are still learning who they are. We capitalize on what they already enjoy doing and provide mentors to help them establish a business. Additionally, we hosts various kid-friendly business management webinars and virtual classes to help them develop skills needed to operate a successful business. 

ENTREPRENEUR IN ACTION

Thanks to our business partners and leaders in the community, our youth participants are able to receive real-life training facilitated by business owners. They learn how to make sales, how to handle rejection, and how to work hard to earn money.  Additionally, we role-play various scenarios to teach them how to handle various business matters like customer service, new costumers, complaint calls, and how to pitch to get new business. we are always in need of sponsors and business partners. 

LEADER WITHIN

Leadership skills allow youth to have control of their lives and teach them about the importance of giving back to the community. Leadership instills confidence and helps children solve problems creatively, learn teamwork, and how to work collaboratively with others. Leadership gives children many opportunities to develop responsibility. We also teach them how to cope with failure. Using coping skills, mentors, and resources will help them learn how to get back up and become more successful.
